About the test

• TCS iON National Proficiency Test (TCS iON NPT) is a nation-wide assessment for jobseekers and working professionals who want to test their knowledge and skills in Human Resource Management.
• All TCS iON NPT certifications are valid for 2 years.
• Candidates can appear for the test ONLY In-Centre at TCS iON Authorised Exam Centres.
• Certification tests are conducted every 2-4 weeks. However, candidates can purchase the same TCS iON NPT Variants after 90 days of their last purchase.
• Candidates have the opportunity to appear for multiple attempts to improve their TCS iON NPT Score on repurchases.
• Those candidates who secure a score of 60% and above, will be provided a certificate. For the rest, only the scores will be notified.
• Candidates with TCS iON NPT Certification can apply for jobs on the TCS iON Job Listing Portal, as well as on other job portals using this certificate
